Using the marketplace

• You must provide accurate account and delivery information.
• You agree not to misuse the site or infringe others’ rights.
• Prices and availability may change; we’ll always honour a confirmed order or refund it.

Products & authenticity

We work to ensure every craft is genuine and accurately described, including its region and GI status. As pieces are handmade, slight natural variation is expected and is not a defect.

Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment is authorised. Delivery timelines are estimates. See shipping & returns for details on dispatch, customs and refunds.

Sellers

Artisans and sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and timely fulfilment. Selling terms are shared during onboarding — see Sell on VedikCraft.

Liability

VedikCraft is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned.
